On Thursday we had our BCML outing - me, Silvia, Tse Mei, Melody and Sarah, and Justin joined us for a while. Labels: friends
It was mostly shopping around for things that we hadn't gotten yet, like shoes, earrings and stuff. And Tse Mei's wardrobe malfunction was funny!
I was looking forward most to the SUSHI BUFFET! Tse Mei is so lucky, she's already had so many sushi buffets that she knows the exact price after GST that we had to pay. I think Mel was probably the hungriest among us since she didn't have breakfast. POOR THING.
I really benefited from going with people like Silvia and Tse Mei, who know so much more about what to order. I didn't know that the buffet which only allows coloured plates, allows you to order chawanmushi! I love the chawanmushi!
Poor Sarah was sick, so she couldn't eat certain fried stuff. Mel kept on ordering unagi stuff, Tse Mei loves her cold soba and Silvia her fried salmon skin. Surprisingly I didn't eat more than one plate of salmon sushi due to the other lovely things I ate.
Another thing that I learnt, is that it's a good idea to go shopping with Silvia. She really has a good eye for things, and she's very good at convincing people to buy certain things. She can go be a salesperson now!
Yay, we should have more BCML outings! With more SUSHI!
