Yes, my A levels officially begin tomorrow at 8am when I will sit for my first exam - GP.
I've had a few more slight panic attacks, when suddenly I'll get this odd clutching pain near my oesophagus, and if I'm with other people I'll stop talking for a while to calm down.
Good grief, I sound like a nutcase.
At this point, good wishes are flying around via sms as people try to reassure each other and encourage one another to hang in and stay calm and do our best.
Many thanks to all of you who've been sending such messages: Liu Xuan, Elizabeth, Ling Chung, Kai Xin, Silvia, our teachers, Eugene and the choir juniors for also wishing me 'all the best' every time they see me, even telling me not to be distracted!
I'm also grateful to the constant prayers we get in church for us, whether it's by Pastor or by Delia or just praying for each other in our groups.
I smsed my Sunday School people: And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him... Romans 8:28
Perhaps the verse might be more for when we're waiting for our results next year, but I think it's still a pretty good one to use.
Another typical one: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus - Philippians 4:6,7
This one's good for panic attacks, right? Haha.
I'm partially comforting myself as well by listing down all the stuff I want to watch when exams are over; every time I think of something I put a note in my computer. Kaixin wants to go out and "play", though. Silvia wants to go to the zoo. I have strange friends indeed.
Oh well. I'm off to sleep now. Thanks be to God for his grace and mercy.
Thanks to all the blogs i referred to (countless) for html code help :) (esp. cyn' and sixseven)
